The Ultimate Convenience: Next Day Delivery
So many things are convenient these days (too convenient? Sometimes I think I need to learn a transferable survival skill). But one of my favorite conveniences is Walmart’s Next Day Delivery option. You don’t need to pay an annual fee at Walmart (unlike some of its competitors) and you can get all the essentials the very next day! I normally enjoy running errands; it’s easy going to the store to stock up on things, but often times I forget things or don’t realize I need them until it’s too late–this Next Day Delivery option is literally perfect for those instances. On the Walmart website or your phone, just hit the switch on the top left that says “Next Day Delivery” and you’ll only see items that will arrive the next day–it’s super easy.
Things that I typically get for next-day delivery (which is always an, ‘oops, I need that and don’t have time to run to the store to get it):
Pull-ups – Teddy is potty-trained but we still use these for nighttime…and I always forget to buy more because he’s usually wearing underwear! (Bonus: he loves Woody)
Sensodyne whitening toothpaste – World’s best toothpaste (not kidding–it’s the BEST) and I freak out if I don’t have it on hand.
Annie’s snack pack – Oh shoot…I have to get snacks for the whole class in two days? Better order two.
Scoop beanies – When I realize it’s going to be 30 tomorrow (PS Did you knwo Scoop came back at Walmart?! I loved Scoop!!)
Minecraft Lego toy – Um, I just realized Harry has two birthday parties this weekend and I don’t have any presents yet.
Water wipes – When you have a baby or toddler at home, sometimes it’s just easier to order everything you need rather than mess up nap time.
L’Oreal Voluminous mascara – I always forget to pick this up and it’s my long time favorite (always need it on hand!)
Buzz Light Year costume – I already KNOW my kids will change their minds on what they want to be for Halloween (or want multiple costumes) so thank goodness for Next Day Delivery.
