The black blazer isn’t just a work essential–it’s a wardrobe staple.  You’ll wear it to nail a presentation at work and can just as easily wear it for date night.  I gravitate towards slightly oversized because you can make them look more casual, which makes them more versatile.  But, that’s why I love belting the oversized blazer–because it suddenly makes the piece a little more office appropriate.
