I Really Love My….Sam Edelman Laguna Boots

Review time!  My MVP of boots this year is hands down my pair of Sam Edelman Laguna boots.  So, I bought them not thinking they’d be carrying me through winter the way that they have.  I truly wear them ALL THE TIME. 

Also, I owned a few pairs of lug sole boots from last year but was attracted to the slip-on Chelsea style.  I also noticed that the reviews on them from Nordstrom, to Amazon, to Bloomingdales were all glowing.  My hot take: the lug sole is chunky, but not *too* thick, so it’s a way to transition into the trend and they’re really comfortable.

But let me highlight a few other reasons why I love them:

• The Chelsea style makes the boots very easy to put on.  A few different times I’ve gonna to put on other boots, but they had laces and I was like, nope, Laguna boots it is!
• The beige color is unique but really easy to wear. I don’t have many light beige boots but I guess I needed them because they go with virtually  everything; my favorite jeans to wear them with are black!
• The lug sole works great in the snow.  They’re kind of like tire treads and I don’t slip on the ice (unlike other boots I have!).
• You think a light boot would be constantly dirty but somehow these magical boots stay extremely clean.  Sometimes the black, rubber sole needs a wipe down from the salt, but all in all–they seem to repel stains.
• They’re REALLY comfortable.  I walked all around Paris inn theses babies when they were brand new and not a blister showed up; life’s too short not to wear flat boots that are uncomfortable.

So there it is, my glowing review.  Thees boots have also been a best seller for the past couple months, so if you bought a pair, what do you think?
