Chicago Beauty Guide (See Jane Pamper)

Let me preface by saying I am not a beauty expert.  I’m not that great at makeup and I lack creativity when styling my hair–BUT I love to be pampered.  In the seven years I’ve lived in Chicago, I’ve had my fair share of spa treatments, haircuts, color and all things that help my exterior, so hopefully this helps a few of you.  Any favorites of yours that I’m missing?  Let me know!
