Another week, another roundup of what I wore all week.  I like to change it up day to day, but this week I was really feeling my jeans.  Also, my glasses aren’t something you really see on the blog.  In fact, most people don’t know I wear glasses.  I have REALLY poor vision (like, if you wear contacts and are familiar, both my eyes are -7…yes, that’s a negative number) and have worn them since 2nd grade (take a peek, in case you want proof).  Luckily contacts exist and I’ve been a loyal wearer since age 12!  I am a good candidate for Lasik but 1.) I’m scared and 2.) I’ve heard you should wait until you’re done having kids (and who knows, we might swing another).

If you have them, give me your Lasik experiences!  I’d love to hear your thoughts.

  1. I love this new feature of the weekly outfits! I have been following you for a long time and you are still my favorite blogger. You are such a style inspiration to me. Thanks for all of the great ideas!

    • Wow, Courtney! Such a nice note! Glad I can be of service – much of my blog content is totally on the fly so I love to hear that is resonates with people. xx

  2. Hi! I had LASIK 6 years ago (before my two kids, whoops) and have no regrets (my eyes were -6)…waking up and being able to see, so great. My eyes are also healthier (contacts were rough in my eyes).

      • I had worn contacts for 15ish years. Now that I have kids, I would probably be more hesitant. They are your eyes, after all! Now though, I feel like I have eyes that work how they should. It really is amazing. Good luck with your decision!
