Shopbop Denim Guide
Shopbop is one of my favorite places to shop for clothing. They have such a wonderful variety of brands and price points, and I love that you can connect your Amazon Prime account for free 2-day shipping! Once the temperatures start getting a little cooler, one of my most asked questions is about my favorite denim styles for the season and while I always say anything goes, Shopbop is always my go-to for denim.
Whether you love a skinny jean, looking for a great straight leg option, or want to add wide leg denim to your line up, Shopbop has it all. Right now, I am loving slim straight leg jeans and wide leg denim. I find that these styles are the most flattering on me and are ones I feel confident in. This isn’t to say I’m not still reaching for my skinny jeans! I still have my favorite skinny jeans in my closet and won’t be getting rid of them anytime soon.
Shopbop Fall Denim Guide
With so many denim styles available on Shopbop, it can get overwhelming deciding which pairs you want to try which is why I’m sharing this fall denim guide! Each of these pairs are ones I have and love, and you’ll see me wearing them over on Instagram regularly this season.
AGOLDE Lana Mid Rise Straight Jean
I have had this style for years and it’s the perfect mid-rise straight leg jean. It hits right at the ankle bone and is the perfect length to wear with flats, sandals, or even with a pair of boots (the leg is wide enough to pull over your boots!). I have this pair of jeans in the riptide wash, which is on the lighter side and is perfect for transitioning from summer to fall. Also, even though this is considered a mid rise jean by AGOLDE, it has an 11.75 inch rise so it’s definitely a higher waisted jean!
Levi’s Ribcage Full Length Jean
The ribcage style jean from Levi’s is one of my favorite from the brand! It has an 11 inch rise and the leg is a little wider than a traditional straight leg jean. These are a true denim jean with little stretch so if you’re in between sizes, definitely size up. For fall (and winter!) I love the valley view wash; it’s a medium wash that leans a little darker. You also can’t beat the price!
Citizens of Humanity Annina Trouser Jeans
I have been a sucker for a good wide leg jean as of late and this pair from Citizens of Humanity has been a consistent favorite of mine! Although these are non-stretch denim, they are so soft and give with regular wear. These also have an 11 inch rise, which sits at the natural waist and is so flattering. I love styling these with sneakers and flats when the weather is mild and will style them with a pointed toe heeled boot come late fall. Love this darker wash, too!
Frame Le Jane Wide Leg Cuff Jeans
Frame is known for their high quality denim and the Le Jane Wide Leg Cuff Jeans are no exception. These do come cuffed and hit at the ankle but when uncuffed (my preferred way of wearing them!), they are a regular full length jean. You can see this pair in action here! This pair does run large and I recommend sizing down.
DL1961 Hepburn Wide Leg High Rise Jeans
I am a big advocate for wearing white jeans year round and these ones from DL1961 are a favorite of mine. I love the subtle frayed hem detailing and the 10.75 inch rise; they’re high but not too high. These are the ultimate wide leg jean because they can be styled up or down and give a fun vintage feel to any outfit.
ANINE BING Roy Jeans
While I do not own these jeans, I needed to include them in this list because they are at the top of my wishlist! I love everything ANINE BING designs and these jeans are the perfect balance of timeless and trendy. I mean the split hem at the cuff – perfection!
