From Day to Night: The Everlane Cocoon Coat

I’m all about the coats and even more than that, I want you to get your money’s worth out of them.  Taking this Everlane cocoon coat from day to night was simple: I wanted to keep it monochromatic underneath (because that’s as simple as it gets) and use the shoes to make it outfit either casual or dressy.  Also, the shoes are totally swappable; the red heels would look amazing with the all-white look!

A little more about this coat – the oversize shape is phenomenal (that’s why I included a side-view) as you can really layer underneath.  I took my normal size (2) because I love a coat that’s slightly oversized.  The wool has a nice heft, too; it won’t be the coat you want on days when it’s 10 degrees but 30 degrees and up, it’ll work!
