Dressed Up Trench
Are you sick of this trench coat? I’m sorry – I’ve been wearing it SO much this spring due to inclement weather. But it’s not just for my jeans outfits – the dressed up trench coat works well, too. I always think the look is chicest when the skirt or dress hits the leg at about the same length as the coat (slightly shorter works, too). Also, keeping the colors on the monochromatic side give it another level of chicness. So tell me: would you dress up a trench coat?

I would absolutely dress up a trench coat. I remember Tim Gunn putting them on the list of classic pieces every woman should own and I’ve been in the bandwagon ever since, especially with a great dress.
