Blueberry + Lemon Coffee Cake Muffins (See Jane Bake)
All I wanted on Sunday afternoon was a berry muffin. Given my past general indifference towards pastries, it’s safe to say that this is Eric’s child (who otherwise known to others as a sweets monger). I succumbed to the craving and got to baking on Sunday; I used this recipe (but added the zest and juice of half a lemon–trust me and try it). Both Eric and the baby approved (I’ll speak for him since I ate it). Is this the beginning of my sweet tooth or will my taste for all things savory come back?
Going to add this to my to do recipes….use to bake a lot but just stopped for various reasons….but your blog has inspired me again!
