Winter Uniform + The Boots I’ve Been Living In

I have been LIVING in this suede combat boots.  They’re shearling lined, extremely comfortable, and slightly heavy–perfect for the cold streets of Chicago (they’re also the same brand of my favorite sock booties from last year, worn here).  Perhaps subconsciously, I also grab this camel coat when I wear them; maybe it’s the tonality, or maybe it’s just because a camel coat is the easiest thing to wear, but this combo paired with my current favorite jeans (yep, they were even included in my ‘favorite denim’ roundup) has turned into my unofficial winter uniform.
