Let’s just address the fact that it’s mid-February and I can wear this outfit without freezing my tail off. I’ll also touch on the fact the two main components of this outfit is from older items that I semi-forgot I owned (exhibits A and B). I’m guilty of getting caught up in the new things I buy and totally neglecting old pieces; I need to regularly go through my closet to ensure I’m not buying multiples (i.e. wasting money) and that I’m actually wearing what I already own. It can be hard–especially when spring collections are emerging and tempting me. Do you make yourself wait to buy spring items until it’s, you know, actually spring?

And I always struggle whether to wait until spring to buy spring things or buy them when I see them… It's just always the worry that the things I love will be gone by the time spring actually arrives!
