Three Casual Summer Looks

I’m teaming up with WHBM to share three easy, breezy, casual summer looks.  I have been LIVING in dresses this summer due to my expanding waistline but I’d probably be wearing them anyway, if I’m being honest.  But the best part about all these WHBM looks is that they’ll keep you feeling cute all summer long, bump or no bump.  I would’ve chosen these items even if I weren’t with child and still would have felt all those casual cool vibes.  So let’s go through each of them!

WHBM casual summer looks

A simple white dress.  This pretty white maxi dress is beautiful.  I could live in it.  But when worn with easy, flat sandals, it doesn’t look so dressed up.  No one will be wondering why you got all gussied up in a social distancing world because it’s not too fussy–but they WILL be asking where you bought this dress.  In fact, I wore this dress to announce my pregnancy and received probably 100 DMs asking where it was from.  (Sizing: I find WHBM to be TTS–I’m normally a 2-4 but I sized up to a 6 for pregnancy.)

The utility shirt dress.  (It’s also available in black!). I can’t resist military-style anything.  And I love army green with sneakers the most.  This dress is awesome for leisurely walking around town, running errands, or even for the office.  It’s soft, comfortable, and oh so easy to wear (PS. throw a white or black jacket on top when the temps cool down.  Would also look great with sandals or ballet flats.)

A pretty, patterned jumpsuit. I love a jumpsuit more than most; they feel like pajamas yet you look instantly chic when you put on one.  It’s the ultimate summer look with flat sandals and has been a godsend when dealing with my growing stomach.
