I have been declaring it Summer of Sézane for a few years now. And why not–they’re my hidden little secret. Lightweight, natural fabrics, amazing prices, great return policy, free shipping over $200 and on one is showing up in the same outfit as me.. And I swear, I feel like Sézane is one of those undiscovered brands that people still don’t know about. Every time I wear something Sézane in the wild, people ask where it’s from and some STILL have never heard of the brand (I feel like all I do is talk about it!). If you’re new to it, it’s a super cool French brand for a very reasonable price considering the entire fashion industry and exponentially increased their prices.
When it comes to sizing I find Sézane to run true to size but it’s a European brand, which can tend to run slim. If you find yourself in between sizes, I’d size up. For example, I’m usually a 2-4 but a 2 is too a no-go for me in Sézane–a 4 in skirts and dresses is way more comfortable. I also wear a 6 in their pants even though I’m a true 4. I’m almost exclusively a small in their sweaters but will size up to a M if I want it oversized.
