Happy Friday, everyone.  We have a very kid-oriented weekend ahead of us so you can bet the coffee will be flowing and the bedtimes will be early.  In fact, last night after I put Harry to bed, I came into my room, plopped down and said, “ugh, tomorrow night I’ll do all the laundry.”  I do chores on Friday nights now.  It’s either adulthood or a form of punishment – not sure.  But I’d much rather get it over with on Friday night than save it for Sunday night when I truly want to decompress.  Speaking of – putting clean laundry away is by far and away, my least favorite chore – what’s yours?

PS Big J Crew sale this weekend – 30% the whole site!  It’s a great time to snag a camel coat for winter or a chic funnel-neck sweater that you’ll live in all winter.  If I’m also honest, I’m getting this skirt (to wear with OTK boots) and this one-shoulder top for a work event next week.  J Crew is pulling me back in with their nostalgic pieces…I’m into it!
