Top 10 October Top Sellers (and way too much info about my underwear)

It’s the ex-consultant in me.  I love seeing analytics of what you all are clicking on, buying, loving, not loving–it’s fun for me.  I also love that a quarter of the top items were just random mentions on instagram stories.  For example, the Aerie underwear mention was so random but I had just ordered 10 pairs after realizing that my underwear drawer needed a refresh; you know how lacy thongs and stretchy underwear can just, well, stretch out?  That was basically my entire drawer.  I don’t get excited about buying that stuff–it’s like an expensive necessity.  But I also need my underwear to be comfortable.  I am so used to buying Hanky Panky because I know and love them but when I heard someone singing the praises of Aerie, I knew I had nothing to lose–they’re like $3 a pair versus $20+ for Hanky Panky (boyshorts and retro thongs are my favorite but I have too many basic thongs to count).  And I love them.  They’re about as close to a Hanky Panky dupe as I’ll get.  I love the lacy boy brief but I also love the seamless brief.  I think I overdosed on thongs–I’m much more into full coverage these days (and most of these don’t show lines).

H&M checked sweater – I can’t resist a buffalo check and apparently, you can’t either.  Plus, it’s under $25, which makes it that much more appealing.

Aerie lace boybrief – I am a Hanky Panky loyalist and have been since college.  But man, they’re expensive!  This is a great dupe and they’re so much cheaper (Hanky Panky dupe, indeed).  I bought about 10 pairs!

Sol Sana combat boots – I LOVE these boots.  Bought them last year and they are glorious; the reviews aren’t great but mine have never had any issues!

H&M cableknit turtleneck sweater – Easy, peasy, luxe-looking but super inexpensive.

Spanx faux leather leggings – I caved and tried them to see what the hype was about.  I get it!  But I only wear them with oversized sweaters (that cover my bum).

Everlane double-breasted camel coat – Not surprised you all loved this as much as I do.  It’s heavy, gorgeously made and the perfect camel shade.

Bagatelle Faux leather jacket – I found this on Off Fifth Saks online and I sized down (as recommended) but wish I would’ve kept my normal size small.

L’Occitane almond shower oil – I discovered this at the Four Seasons Denver and apparently I’m the last to know.  You all said you loved it, too!  I already bought the jumbo size AND the refill because it’s going to be a long winter.

Marie Veronique C E Ferulic Acid – I’m new to this brand but it’s a ‘clean’ version of the Skinceuticals product.  I really like it!  I already bought a second bottle (Credo was running a sale).

Everlane ‘Day Glove’ flats – Comfy, chic, and a buttery, rusty suede.  What’s not to like?
