Real Outfit Recap

Real outfit recap is back–and it’s been awhile!  Do you notice this week’s theme?  I can’t get enough of these button-fly jeans.  They’re a slim straight-leg, meaning they aren’t too skinny and they’re the perfect cut and I’ve been wearing them more than I’d like to admit.

On the docket this weekend is…not much.  I feel like the summer was so busy that it’s been nice to have a leisurely fall.  I just want to enjoy it while it’s here!  I think I’m going to watch Hocus Pocus with Harry tomorrow night…he loves spooky stuff but it might be a little much for him (he’s more of a Curious George Halloween/No Noggin kind of guy).  Any other kid-friendly Halloween movies out there I’m forgetting (especially throwbacks…he loves watching movies I loved when I was a kid!)?

MUJI top (only $39!), jeans, Sam Edelman heels (shop more Sam Edelman here), Chanel bag, Madewell sunglasses (shop more Madewell here)
Ganni top (shop more Ganni here), jeans, Chanel slingbacks

  1. I remember wearing button-fly jeans in high school, haha. Love all of these!

I actually put together a list of fall/Halloween movies broken down by age for my blog this week. Casper, Monster House, and Hotel Transylvania are good for younger kids. The Haunted Mansion with Eddie Murphy and the live-action Scooby-Doo are great for older kids. If you’re planning on watching Hocus Pocus with him, maybe The Addams Family or Edward Scissorhands?
