I took a poll on IG stories recently about the western boot trend that’s hit us hard this fall.  2/3 of you weren’t sold on the idea but I’m here to show you that a little western goes a long way.  And let me tell you why I like this trend (aside from the fact that I grew up riding horses and wore Wranglers and Justin Boots at the barn): it’s REALLY wearable.  In fact, you probably already have a pair of western inspired boots back in the depths of your closet.  The boot that put Isabel Marant on the mainstream map ( you remember–the boots that launched 1 million knock-offs), the ‘Dicker’ boot, is back and there are still dupes galore.  Even though this trend is cycling back through after 6ish years, that seems like a lifetime ago…before ‘influencers’ were everywhere and Pinterest was still new.  When searching the interwebs for boots to inspire you, I had an epiphany that I like this trend because it’s familiar and safe.  Sometimes we just need that feeling in our life, you know?

You can go full-on cowgirl with knee-high boots or you can get booties that have a touch of western – either way, I have a feeling you’ll like this trend more than you think.
