Moody Fall Florals

I told you last week that I was feeling mini dresses for fall, right? Yep, I’m still loving those moody fall florals (shop floral dresses here). This one is a little moodier–and a little more 90s. As someone born in 1984, I consider myself a true 90s kid. My siblings all identify as 80s kids and while I remember a few things here and there from that decade, the 90s is when I really came of age. Babysitting my tamagotchis, watching GUTS on Nickelodeon (we didn’t have cable until I was like 14 so I would watch at my friends’ houses), shopping at Limited Too, and maybe best of all – no internet. (I can’t imagine growing up with the internet…it gives me anxiety just thinking about all the technology my kids will have at their fingertips.) . But I digress; moody floral dresses were ALSO one of the best things about the 90s. I was too young to watch Beverly Hills 90210 when it came out but when I snuck it or my older sisters let me watch it with them, I definitely wanted to dress like Kelly and Donna. And I’m pretty sure they had this dress.
