The holidays are here which means 1.) I’m busy and 2.) I forget to order things sometimes.  Enter: Nordstrom 24/7 buy online, pick up in-store – and for the holidays (12/16 – 12/24) you can pick up your order at any given hour! It’s pretty genius, really.  I needed a party dress for this weekend but I also knew the dress wouldn’t arrive by Thursday, so I bought it online one night and picked it up a few hours later at the Michigan Avenue Nordstrom. And guess what, you can text the store to bring your order out to your car (hey, save money on parking). And it’s not the first time I’ve experienced buy online/pick-up in store, so I can attest its greatness…in fact, I use this service quite a bit.  (One time, I couldn’t get into the parking garage so the Nordstrom associates brought me my giant order to my car–it was a suitcase I needed for a trip the next day.)

Take advantage of this convenience this busy holiday season – one of the perks of big city living, right?!  Ok, now that I have my dress, back to making mimosas.
