It’s true…I found this jacket in the kid’s section. I won’t apologize–it was more than half the price of the women’s jackets and I like it’s cropped fit. If I see a little girl wearing this jacket at the same time as me sometime soon, I won’t be embarrassed; instead, I’ll be impressed that she likes tweed jackets with leather piping as much as this girl.

I love shopping in the kids section! You can also find great button-down shirts that are slightly fitted in the boys clothing. Love the pattern on this jacket and it works so perfectly dressed down with your cutoffs…great look 🙂

the kids section never fails me! Sometimes the sizes are so generous you don't even need to pretend its supposed to be cropped or 3/4 sleeved 🙂

first, i wish i had been so cool as a little girl to wear tweed… i mostly had scuffed knees and rugby shirts, which, i guess, in retrospect, was also sort of cool. woo tomboys. second, so jealous (sort of) that you can fit into girls' clothing; my boobs are too large and in charge for anything like that….
