The best way to re-use a semi-formal dress? Put a shirt over it and knot it. The best way to keep cool on a summer day that hits a record high? Wear said semi-formal dress to work because it’s the lightest, most breathable silk ever (and put a shirt over it, because said semi-formal dress is backless).
