This Charming Wedding (See Jane Reminisce)

It seems that all I’ve been talking about these days are weddings.  Are you tired of it yet?  Well, don’t worry, this is the last wedding post you’ll hear from me as I have no more weddings to attend this summer.

However, I’d like to wish Happy Second Anniversary to my dear brother Blue and his wife (and my favorite sister-in-law) Tess!  It was a few days ago and I’d like to congratulate the happy couple.  It seems like just yesterday, I was in sunny Ojai, California, waiting for the big day to arrive.  Way to make it over the two-year hump, kids!  If you haven’t received your gift yet, don’t fret, as I’m sure the cotton balls will arrive soon (what can I say, I’m a traditionalist).

Here is my brother’s blog link, in which he sweetly reminisces about the mix tape he made (see: iPod playlist) prior to walking down the aisle:   Take note, men!

Whether you’re married or not, do you (or will you) abide by the traditional anniversary gift list?

  1. I'm a sucker for weddings. I love them. 🙂 I've been to so many and have in quite a few and can never get tired of them. Simple yet elegant weddings are my fav. And in regards to the gift question.. I've only been married for a year, and this past year hubby and I exchange "paper" gifts, so I guess that would be traditional gifts. 🙂

    xx Love & Aloha

  2. Anna – not married, but if it ever happens I do plan to abide by the traditional anniversary gift list. It just seems like a classy and fun tradition.

Your pictures are amazing. You and your sis are so cute! I bet a wedding in Ojai was amazing, huh? (must check out this mix as well…)

  3. What gorgeous pictures and you look so pretty! Happy Anniversary to your brother and sister-in-law. I've been married for 2 years now and we haven't done the traditional gifts, but I'm not ruling that out for the future! I love the idea!
